Our classes are adaptable for people of all ability levels, and include a holistic combination of exercises to improve and maintain fitness, strength, mobility, coordination, and balance.
Hydrotherapy

Explore the benefits of buoyancy and heat by exercising at your local warm water pool. The aquatic environment is a fantastic alternative for those living with pain and mobility challenges. There is no requirement to be able to swim, as all exercises are completed in a standing position in shallow water, and with rails to hold for balance as needed.
Health coaching

Learn to do it yourself! With a focus on self-management and empowerment, we provide the tools to foster consistent long-term exercise habits. Take action and initiative with evidence-based behaviour change strategies, and learn about the science behind your future success. Ongoing access remains available for progress checks, the provision of educational resources, and additional guidance as needed.
Health checks

Establish a checklist of objective assessments that provide insight into your health and longevity. Monitor these measures over time to evaluate your progress in response to exercise. Our health checks are individualised according to your needs and goals, and can include exercise assessments, vital measures, bioelectrical body composition analysis, blood biomarkers, and the use of wearable health tracking devices.
Virtual reality and exergaming

Immerse yourself in the world of innovative and revolutionary exercise experiences. This can include the use of virtual reality headsets, video game consoles, smartphone Apps, smartwatch trackers, and creative gamifications of traditional exercise approaches. Equipment and technology purchases

Utilise your funding to create a more professional treatment set up at home, and gain access to equipment that will enable a safer exercise experience, or a greater variety of exercises to explore.
